Now we all know that this picture was a proven fake but we've all heard about the legend of Big Foot, but is it for real? Is it really a creature that roams or is it just a hoax? If its for real, how could there be so many across the world and why do they not mate as often as every other animal on the planet? What do you think?

I've watched so many documentaries on bigfoot, that I, honestly, have lost track.
But what I do know, is that during the examination of that video, *filmed in 1963, by Patterson and Gimlin, near Yakima Washington* they studied the walking pattern of the 'ape'.
They noticed that while walking, the creature's knees buckled and the legs rotated. Although a man could, indeed, learn to walk this way, it would've taken quite a few months to learn. It seems unlikely that some one would go through that much trouble.
However, the pay day would be worth it. But as much as I'm convinced that he's out there, and that the Patterson footage is genuine, that doesn't mean that it is.
However, in a cave, a group of scientists found the bones of a gigantic apelike creature. It had the exact body structure of all the 'apes' described by witness testimonies.
They named this creature gigantopithecus. Many scientists believe that the illegid bigfoot, is a decendant of the gigantopithecus. As is the famed Yeti, which is merely the Sasquatch of the snowlands.

I believe that, THAT particular film was hoaxed. But I do believe that Big Foot or the Yeti does exist. Who's to say that maybe they haven't adapted to us...rather than us adapting to them. I do believe that it's an animal or primate that just hasn't been discovered and studied, like the lion, monkey, or dolphin...or for that matter humans. They are too slick for us, they know how to hide and when it's safe to come out for food and things.
If you can teach a mokey to learn sign language and they know how to survive out in the wilderness better than most humans....chances are the big foot is the sameway. But this is just my opinion, I don't think that we as human's can safely say that the animals we know about and have studies...and that we are selves are the only ones on this planet. And think on this, there's a lot of places on this planet that we've not explored...for instance....there is probably some island that no one has yet discovered yet....and what about the ocean, we're not really sure how deep it can be. So, I think that human's tend to be a little selfish and think we know all there is to know....when in reality we don't, it's always a good idea to keep an open mind.
As far as how this creature mates, I have no answer. I do know that different species mate at different times...sometimes once a year, twice a year...or even up to once every 7 years and so on. Maybe that's how these creatures are as well.
As far as them dying...well, think on the turtle...there have been several that we know of to live over 100 years, could this species as well have a long life span?
So, yes I do think that big foot does exist, we just haven't been smarter than he is to study him. And frankly I hope that we never will be...because if we do, there's going to be some hunters who'd like to have him as a trophy, and that would be a shame.

yes, the way humans are, they'd hunt them down and kill them all. Use them for studies until they're extinct.
Besides, even if we were smart enough to be able to find it, have you ever seen a documentary on people trying to find one?? They always wimp out when they hear a twig break. I think those creatures are safe until humans grow a backbone.
In one documentary (*NOTE: Supposedly, pounding logs against other logs attracts Sasquatch*), they were pounding these logs against a tree, and they had a camp set up, and then they heard a growl, which they identified as that of a sasquatch, and they ran in terror! It was actually quite funny....

Exactly, it's funny how we as humans are scared, by noises alone. I truly hope that big foot stays unfound.
